- Sky Rocket Digital reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this offer without any prior notice.

What access do you need to get started?
To be able to manage all aspects of a WordPress website for our clients we need access to three things:
- Administrator level access to WordPress Admin. You may either create us a new account or you can provide us with your admin account details and we will create our own admin user.
- Your Websites Database You can provide either Cpanel/Hosting access. If you provide Cpanel/hosting access, this covers both the (2) and (3).
- Your Websites Files. SFTP (secure file transfer protocol) gives us access to directly manage all the files that make up your WordPress website.
In general, we need two things; your WordPress admin credentials and your hosting account admin credentials and we are on our way!

How do you define a small job?
A small job refers to any minor modification under 30 minutes in length. Examples are adding a new logo, changing the color of the text in your main menu, swapping an image on a page, content update, etc.
What does not include? Custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc), updating custom code, graphic design, creation of content or building out a new website or subdomain. If the job scope is expected to take more than 30 minutes to complete, we will provide a time estimate for the task. With the client's approval, the job will be completed at our discounted rate starting from RM100.00/task.
